Denice and Charles are natives of the Branson area and grateful to
call this beautiful community their home. Denice began her career
in property management over twenty years ago and in 2004 opened
her own real estate and property management firm. With honest
hard work and a strong desire to help people in need, Denice has
developed a successful company with an outstanding reputation.
After graduating from College of the Ozarks, Charles enlisted in the
U.S. Army to serve in the Army Band Program, and today he
continues to serve in the Missouri Army National Guard. In 2007
Charles obtained his real estate license, and today his primary
career focus is helping clients find their perfect home. Charles and
Denice were high school sweethearts and have been married for over
thirty. They are the proud parents of one daughter, and
their most favorite people in this world are their two grandchildren.
